Sergio received his degree in architecture from The University of The Free State in 2003, and went on to work as a Candidate Architect at a local architectural practice in Bloemfontein. He gained the knowledge and experience required to practice independently and qualified as a Professional Architect in 2005. In 2006 Sergio started his own practice, and has completed many successful projects since then. Site Inspection & Reporting
Design is the central focus of our practice, and we firmly believe that good design will assure our clients that their buildings will not only be comfortable, practical and durable, but will also be beautiful, relevant and progressive. We ensure that our designs and drawings are more detailed and legible than the industry norm, as we firmly believe that beautiful drawings are an essential component in the realisation of beautiful buildings.
In order to monitor the quality of work being executed by the builder, as well as to resolve any design issues that may crop up during construction we recommend that our clients contract us to visit their site at least once a month. Following each site visit we compile a detailed report, and communicate this information to our client and their builder. This is an indispensable tool in ensuring that the projects we are involved with are completed to our exacting standards.
Many of our clients don't have the time or expertise to deal with the intricacies of a construction project. Apart form the standard Architectural Services that we offer to our clients, we also offer assistance with any other architectural aspect of your project that you may require, including Site Selection, 3D modelling and Rendering for marketing or visualisation purposes, interior design, interior decorating, surveying and re-drawing of existing buildings, as well as assistance with municipal submissions, applications and approvals.

Contract Administration
One of the most important aspects of any construction project is the administration of the contract between the client and the builder. Using industry standard documentation (JBCC), we have the necessary experience and expertise to assist our clients with the administration of their contract. By performing monthly valuations and certification of the work completed on site, the risks associated with payment to your builders can be minimised.
