Yes, Sergio is registered as a Professional Architects with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP), which is a statutory body regulating the education and practice of architecture in South Africa. Sergio is also a member of the South Africa Institute of Architects (SAIA).

We offer Full Architectural Services, which will ensure that you get the best end result form your project. Our services include: Design & Drawing, Requesting & Evaluating Tenders, Council Submissions, Site Inspection & Reporting, and Contract Administration. These services can be selected or omitted to suit your needs and budget.

In order to keep things simple, we charge a fixed rate per square metre for "Design & Drawing" services, and charge a fixed fee for all the other services we offer. This ensures you only pay for what you need, and that you can accurately budget from the start of your project. Yes, in addition to designing new buildings, we have completed many succesful residential as well as commercial addition and alteration projects. Some of these can be seen on the Projects and Gallery pages of this site. We always try to treat every project with the same enthusiasm and professionalism, no matter how big or small.

The design and drawing phase usually takes between one and four months, depending on the size of the building as well as the clients’ input and response time. Council approval times vary, but anything between one and three months is common. Factors such as estate approvals, building line relaxations, sub-divisions, etc can delay this further. We advise our clients to use the plan approval period to get quotations and settle on a Contractor. This enables construction to start as soon as the plans are approved.

Yes. Although we are based in Bloemfontein we have succesfully completed projects in The Free State, Gauteng, Northern Cape, Eastern Cape and the Western Cape. Usually one visit to the site is sufficient for us to gather enough information to complete the design and drawing process.
